iTune user downloads three billionth song from the store: ‘Apple has sold more than 3bn download songs from its iTunes online music store, it said yesterday. The technology giant described the figure as an "incredible milestone". It comes less than 18 months after Apple sold its one billionth song on iTunes. The iTunes website now includes a catalogue of more than 5m songs plus 550 TV shows and 500 films.
